Is your information used for any other purpose?
We require only the personal information that is needed to safely process your online order and for contacting you about your transactions. Your information is used exclusively for that purpose.
Will your information be given to any other party?
Netrix will NEVER sell or give any customer information to a 3rd party except for the sole purpose of processing your order or in a case that may have bearing on legal proceedings, copyright infringement or intellectual property theft or is otherwise required by law.
What about e-mail?
When you purchase online from Netrix, we will contact you by e-mail to confirm your order and to update you on the status of your order if necessary. If you opt-in to our mailing list you will be sent no more than 5 e-mails per month, which will contain important software information. You will also get priority access to our eCoupon Savings.
How do we protect your information?
We employ powerful 128-bit encryption technology and Secure Socket Layers (SSL) in all areas where your personal identity is required. You can check this security protection setting within your browser. You will see a small yellow lock on the lower portion of your browser to indicate secure shopping during the checkout process. All transaction information is processed under encrypted channels. In addition, access to your personal information is restricted within our company to provide maximum security.
What about the use of cookies?
Netrix does not capture cookies from your computer and no other information is gathered about you, except for the information you give to us for the sole and express purpose of order fulfillment.
Maintenance Window
As your Managed Services Provider, it is imperative Netrix continues to strive for excellence in the ongoing process of updating and upgrading our network and facilities. To better help you understand what this means to your business as a Netrix client beyond network performance improvements, we would like to take this opportunity to communicate/remind you of our systems and network maintenance window definitions and schedule. While our maintenance windows seldom actually impact your business, we feel it is important to communicate their existence for your edification:
Maintenance Windows
A "Maintenance Window" is an event that is a scheduled disruption of services (Network, Power, Climate Control, Security or Facility Access.) Not all Maintenance Windows will impact Client’s services. Service unavailability in a Maintenance Window is NOT eligible for service credit.
Netrix Standard Maintenance Windows
The Netrix Standard Maintenance Window is every Sunday from 12:00am until 6:00 am. Netrix reserves the right to disrupt services to upgrade and maintain the equipment and facility without prior client notification.
Emergency Maintenance Windows
Netrix will notify Client via email or phone of emergency maintenance events. Netrix reserves the right to perform emergency maintenance on its equipment and facility that may affect availability by providing one (1) hour notice to Clients.
